Do you work on net rates or commission?
Both, depending on how you prefer to sell: net rates you mark up yourself, or a commission on our published prices. Your terms are agreed and confirmed in writing when we open your account, before the first file.
Is your service white-label?
Yes. Proposals, travel documents and on-trip support can carry your branding, and your client never deals with us directly unless you want them to. On-the-ground staff introduce themselves as your local team.
How fast do you quote?
Within 48 hours for FIT requests, usually faster for itineraries built on one of our published packages. Small-group and incentive requests with several hotel options take three to five working days. Urgent requests are flagged and handled the same day whenever possible.
Which countries do you cover?
France and Switzerland with our own teams and offices, plus Italy, Germany and Belgium through long-standing partners we contract and monitor directly. Multi-country itineraries are handled by one designer under one contract.
Can you handle clients with reduced mobility?
Yes, and it is a strength. Our accessible travel designer verifies hotels, books adapted vehicles and plans step-free days. Tell us the client's requirements in the brief and we return a proposal that states what has been checked.
