We were a group of three who had little time to plan our trip to France to meet a group of friends to attend a wedding in Arles. We started in Paris and ended in Marseille by way of Arles and Avignon. Emilie was our planner and she was very patient and. made great suggestions to include things we’d not considered. We went through several iterations of the plan and she was amazingly gracious and kind when we waffled, changed our minds or weren’t sure. Many thanks to Emilie!

We just finished our amazing trip to Switzerland! Caroline was so helpful ! She listened to our ideas and planned our trip so well according to our needs. She put our itinerary, travel documents and tickets all in one place on the kimkim app to make them easy to find. Since we had never used trains and buses before she suggested that we use the SBB app to help us navigate our itinerary. We also met many helpful travelers along the way that showed us how to make the train transfers. Caroline was very professional and answered our questions in a timely manner. We are very grateful for her assistance and are happy to recommend her as your tour guide.

Valentine was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. From our very first Zoom call, she took the time to really understand our family dynamic what we enjoy, what we don’t, and how we like to travel. That level of care made a huge difference. She created a thoughtful and well-balanced itinerary that perfectly blended history, culture, and outdoor experiences across Munich and Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The initial plan was already great, and she was very flexible in helping us tweak a few things to better fit our needs. In the end, everything came together seamlessly.

The trip to Paris, London and Dublin was fantastic. Caroline was great to work with. We had a good basic idea for the trip and Caroline added so much coordination and her knowledge of the areas really helped tweak the details. She was able to offer so many insights about schedules, crowds, and getting around that made for a very smooth vacation. The hotels and tour guides were great.

Amazing adaptability, catering and planning from our Kimkim specialist Lucie. Quick turnaround and really worked to ensure we got the itinerary we wanted. We didn't have a lot of guides on this one, but our private tour to Giethoorn was led by a champ. One of us was sick and he was very accommodating. Our private transfers to and from the airport were better than others we've had as well. Another memorable trip in the books!

Valentine was very thorough in her planning and understanding of what we wanted to accomplish on our trip. The yacht tour to Cap Taillat was very special with our captain and assistant very accommodating. The selection of the vineyards Valentine planned was exceptional.

I reached out to kimkim because this was a big trip for us, and they delivered. We worked with both Amandine and Emilie, who were fantastic. They really understood what we were looking for and provided ideas and locations that we never would have known about without their help. Because of them, I was relaxed on our trip, and so was able to enjoy myself, and focus on experiencing the sights and food and amazingness of France. My daughter, my niece and myself booked a winter ski trip to Switzerland last month. Our specialist Mathilde was phenomenal. She ensured we had an overall amazing ski experience and booked the right tours for our adventure. She was knowledgeable, and patient as I had lots of questions. She gave us recommendations as it relates to Christmas markets, must see places and shopping areas. The hotels were absolutely cozy and stunning. The restaurant recommendations were superb. We plan on taking another trip to Switzerland next winter. This is my 3rd time using Kim Kim for travels overseas, and they never disappoint, We will definitely reach out to Kim Kim when we return to Switzerland in Dec. 2026.

We had a wonderful time on our holiday trip to Germany and Austria. The whole trip was well planned with exactly what we asked for. We really enjoyed the food tour in Munich with Andrea and the cooking class in Salzburg. We loved the day trip train tickets that allowed us flexibility to choose our own adventure based on how we were feeling that day. All of our hotels were nice and in good locations. I can't think of anything I would change.

What a wonderful experience! We traveled to Germany in December 2025 and started planning around March. Lucie, our advisor, was incredible from the start. She listened to what we wanted the trip to be like, suggested itineraries and adjustments to help us make the trip our own. She guided us through logistics including how much we wanted to spend, type of transport (trains, bus, etc), type of hotel, group vs private tours, etc. Lucie took care of all the logistics and made sure we had all information needed. It was truly a concierge experience where we showed up without worrying about any of the details and made the trip much more enjoyable.

Mathilde coordinated a an excellent trip. We wanted to take my mother in law to Europe who has never been before and tried to incorporate as many countries as possible. Everything was executed flawlessly with the drivers, transportations, guides, and flights. All the hotels were centrally located which was great.

Lucie gave us excellent service in planning a fourteen day trip to Germany. She diligently listened to our choices of destinations and accommodated all of our changes. She was not only quite friendly, competent and knowledgeable, but patient, working with a senior couple.

All tours were great, almost everyone was very knowledgeable and made the trips very enjoyable. Got to learn a lot of history and culture while having a great time. Our tour guide in Rothenburg was fantastic as well as our tour guide in Prague. Upgraded car service to and from the airport and the upgraded castle tour/bus really elevated the experience. Everything was so planned out in exact detail that there was nothing to worry about.

We had a wonderful trip to Amboise, Bordeaux and Paris. It was a perfect mix of small town, mid-sized city and big city. Booking through Kimkim made all our travel so easy and allowed us to focus on enjoying ourselves rather than figuring everything out each day. Our specialist Amadine was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance negotiating an unexpected situation (totally an individual issue/not related to France). Great France Adventure! We had a great trip planned by our local specialist, Valentine. We wanted to see all of the main tourist attractions and not have to worry about lines, group tours, scheduling things ourselves. Everything was specified to our needs. She paid great attention to us traveling with our parents, needing something more slower pace but still being able to see as much as we could. We really enjoyed the diverse locations - Nice and Paris! and got to experience parts of the cities which are also outside of the go-to tourist spots (which we really enjoyed!).

Just returned from 11 day tour of Switzerland. Amandine was our agent who planned the entire trip. Everything was perfect. Every hotel she picked was very close to trains and extremely clean. We had lots of excursions planned by Amandine and the details on where to go what time to go etc. were very easy to understand. We never had any problems. I would choose Amandine to plan my next European vacation.

Paris, France was everything I wished for and so much more. It was my Eat, Pray and Love experience. Enjoyed every corner and every bit as much as I could. Itinerary was perfect and planned nicely, day by day with the essencial spots and meeting points needed. Amandine left everything very clear and understandable. I did this trip solo and never felt unsafe. Everything she sent me was by the book and on paper. Very thankful for this experience, and definitely looking forward to visiting France again in the future.

Switzerland is Amazing! My wife and I had round trip plane tickets to Geneva with no particular plans. Tomorrow Travel put us in touch with Valentine who knows all about Switzerland first hand. She asked us a few questions about our budget and what we liked to do and see. Valentine put together an incredible itinerary covering Geneva, Zermatt, Interlaken, Lugano, Luzern, Bern, and Montreux.

OUR TRIP TO FRANCE WAS THE BEST TRIP EVER!!! In our fifty years of marriage, we have traveled to many places. However this trip to France planned through Tomorrow Travel and the AMAZING AMANDINE was the best one ever!!!
