A wonderful travel partner
Caroline our specialist was always knowledgeable, available, helpful and kind. I was unable to make the trip because my cat became quite ill a couple of days before our departure. Caroline helped my husband have an enjoyable trip on his own and we appreciate her. I learned a lot even though I couldn’t travel. I can now use What’s App and Google Translate and Instagram. Thank you Caroline!
Barcelona to Nice along the Mediterranean
We had a wonderful time making the journey along the Mediterranean coast. Starting in Barcelona we were able to visit the newly opened Sagrada de Familia with a wonderful guide - one of the highlights our trip. We had an early entry so the crowds were easily managed and we were able to enjoy both inside and out. We had a wonderful time making the journey along the Mediterranean coast. We had an early entry so the crowds were easily managed and we were able to enjoy both inside and out. The next day we had another great guide who showed us the Jewish history and historical presence in Barcelona. After Barcelona, we went to Girona, which was a wonderful surprise. We stayed at a lovely hotel in the old town that was a converted palace. Our tour here of the old town focusing on Jewish history was incredible. The next day we had an all day small group tour of Dali's house and museum - both well worth the travel including the incredible views along the Costa Brava. Travelling by car along the southern coast of France was relatively easily finding great things to see - Pone du Gard, Baux de Provence town and castle, St. Paul de Vence and finally Nice. An electric bike ride in Nice was also wonderful.

Wonderful trip! Everything was handled expertly by Mathilda! Our guides in Nuremberg, Justina, and Munich, Renata, were absolutely fantastic. We had a fantastic time, enjoyed every place we visited. Hotels and arrangements were hassle free. Overall beautiful and care free experience. Will most assuredly do again!!
An educational journey across Germany
Our trip to Germany was very educational. We visited Berlin, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Nuremberg, Munich, and Wiesbaden. We also went to the Dachau concentration camp. The food tour guide in Berlin, Anna, was simply excellent. She chose simple but delicious foods such as currywurst and doner kebabs that had a particular meaning to Berlin. Our trip to Germany was very educational. We visited Berlin, Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Nuremberg, Munich, and Wiesbaden. We also went to the Dachau concentration camp. The food tour guide in Berlin, Anna, was simply excellent. She chose simple but delicious foods such as currywurst and doner kebabs that had a particular meaning to Berlin. She also provided historical information as we walked from location to location that were meaningful and educational. Max, Niklas, Amir, and Connie were also very good and knowledgeable guides. We learned a lot from all of them. Amir was particularly accommodating as well as being a good driver.

Unfortunately that day we were exhausted from traveling by train and didn't go and we were told the tickets we unrefundable, so that was upsetting. The tours we had were amazing with wonderful guides. I cannot remember the name in Haarlem, but we had Charles in Brussels, Flak in Cologne, Jeremy for Neuschwanstein, Agatha in Salzbourg and Mamon in Strasbourg. We had a guide for Dachau whose name started with an A too. All were outstanding!!!! I do need to contact Mathilde as we are supposed to get a partial refund for car rental that has not yet appeared. Mathilde was extrememely easy to work with and very responsive to all my questions and needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Mobee International to everyone I know, and I would certainly use again!

All the services that she booked for my family and I worked out smoothly, and the communication was good. It was clear to me that she didn’t have any better understanding of that place than I had looking at their website. They should have a better way to get someone local to visit the places before booking it to their clients. Luckily it was just a brief part of a much bigger trip.
Family of four, London to Paris

Had Sebastian as a tour guide for family friendly guided tour of Louvre was great, highly recommended if bringing young children. Again, didn't stress over tickets or times as Caroline, our travel agent, took care of this for us.

Our trip to Spain and France began with planning approximately nine months in advance. The initial Mobee International representative was responsive, conducted a video call, and worked through several changes with us. Natalia was also helpful, though we did experience occasional language misunderstandings. Later, we were switched to another representative, Valentine, whose slower response times created challenges and left us at a disadvantage during the planning process. One of the most concerning aspects was the lack of transparency around excursion costs and activity details. We were repeatedly told that this information would not be provided, which made planning difficult and raised concerns. Regarding accommodations, most hotels were very good. However, Hotel Eden in Paris did not meet the expected four‑star standard. We experienced issues with basic amenities, including a nonfunctional refrigerator and unreliable Wi‑Fi, and the location was not ideal. In contrast, the Grand Hotel in Aix was excellent and perfectly situated. Our tour of Versailles was a highlight — Alexandria was an outstanding guide, especially with four children in our group. Unfortunately, our Louvre “family treasure hunt” tour was not communicated correctly from Mobee International to the guide, who arrived unprepared. As a result, the tour was cut short to only 90 minutes. This error was reflected in the final itinerary, which we received just two days before departure instead of the promised 14 days. We also encountered multiple transportation issues. While traveling with ten people can be complex, one incident was significant enough that we had to hire a taxi FOR 8 hours to ensure part of our group could continue with planned activities in Girona. Mobee International has stated they will reimburse this cost. I also believed we would have a dedicated guide accompanying us throughout the trip to assist with troubleshooting and logistics. Either I misunderstood or this expectation was not clearly addressed, but we ultimately had no on‑the‑ground support and had to manage all issues ourselves. We sent multiple hours planning once in France due to activities which did not play out as itinerary stated. I requested compensation for our time but got an apology. Mobee International did reimburse for some of the activities that they failed to complete. I expect a refund any day on event that did not get completed as itinerary indicated. Regretfully, based on our experience and feedback from others we encountered on our trip, I cannot recommend Mobee International at this time. JRS

Fashionista guide and food guide were wonderful Francesco on conquering trrra and San Gianni was great with knowledge and flrxinilitu given the heater had a great time in spite of done challenges both hotels not prepared for I room double bed and 2 rooms twin beds even though I was clear with agent. It took time to learn metro and we used it but going st night for stone river cruise directions said one hour needed and we left 9 minutes before and missed the boat by 46 minutes we do not know the traffic in Paris and I fett at l we should have been told more what to expect do we missed it yo the great disappointment got my oldest granddaughter and we were all dressed up I need an invoice with expenses for thst yo see if I can claim on my travel insurance and walking around looking for a place to eat. Is this new way of customers going to the guide which was an added stressor is that the way Mobee International is moving to? Do I believe my family made the best of it and we had a great time but I believe the agent does not fo detail well. Outstanding guides. A few comments about hotels for your future travelers.. The Hotel Rosalie is a bit of a challenge for short or older travelers. The bathtubs are extremely deep and getting in/out a challenge. They also ran out of food choices for breakfast. Villa Kersay lovely but a long walk to the sights and restaurants. Valentine was wonderful and planned a lovely trip for us. This is our third trip with Mobee International and we look forward to our next.
A fantastic Paris, London and Dublin trip
The trip to Paris, London and Dublin was fantastic. Caroline was great to work with. We had a good basic idea for the trip and Caroline added so much coordination and her knowledge of the areas really helped tweak the details. She was able to offer so many insights about schedules, crowds, and getting around that made for a very smooth vacation. The hotels and tour guides were great.

Our hotels all had great locations, helpful staff; very nice breakfasts. Customers need to know that a sofa sleeper bed is not a good choice, if you can avoid it. Our e-bike trip in Beaune with Mathilda was a highlight. Highly recommend! Chateau de Pape & all day tour was all very good, but made for a very long day. The Pope’s palace in Avignon was not worth a visit IMO. More spectacular from the outside. Awesome location choices for our chocolate/pastry tour in Paris with R.T. Loved all the small shops she brought us to. I would choose a different guide though.
Good trip, but a short jeep tour

Mathilde was wonderful and knowledgeable through out the planning process! She checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. The entire team was wonderful and attentive during our trip as well. Figuring out WhatsApp made day-to-day questions and concerns easy to deal with. Our family loved all of the activities that were planned especially our Colosseum tour in Rome and paragliding in Switzerland!

A few notes on why not a perfect score: - I wish she asked further on our preference for smaller items such as "what is your preferred time for train travel", or "please note some unique details on your itinerary like it says "welcome to paris enjoy a free day in paris" but please note that we have put you on a night time train so there will not be a free day in paris. however, I also should have read the very small details in the area of the schedule that says "click here for more details". but we made the assumption of hiring a travel agent, and paying the higher price for the convience of them working through the details and communicating with us on small items like this. We now know for next time, or we just wouldnt use them for items like that. - we did ask for the last day to be open and we will plan on our own as we booked 2 private appointments for dress shopping and a different private appoitment for a shopping and a specialized reservation, however mathilde and her team completed ignored this on two occasions and just scheduled over and did not ask us what time we would want them to book a train etc to accomodate our time. we also reminded them of these pre booked items and to check in with us but they never did. However, when they did double book us, they were accomodating to try to rebook which was nice. - lastly, mathilde reccomended 2.5 days in the small village reims, in hind sight we wish we only did a day trip as it is really limited what to do in the smaller towns. Now that is kind of a shame on us as we should have trusted less and done our own research and insisted a revised schedule. As well, we currenlty live in a big city with much to do so that may have jaded our view of the town. But overall they were accomodating when we asked to change things.

Myself and friends had a view of the Eiffle Tower from our Airbnb, but in person it was pretty spectacular!The Arc de Triomphe was another structure with such powerful meaning! Pleased with the service in France
There were a few guides throughout the process. Justine, Margaux, Valentine, Mathilde, Lucie, and maybe others. Valentine provided excellent service and was the main specialist for the trip itself while in France. Lucie and others were able to step in when Valentine was not available. Overall, I was pleased with the services provided even though the trip itself did not exactly live up to the expectations.

Munich transfers, trains, tours and hotel
All of our transfers were perfectly done. Our tours of Oktoberfest and Neuschwanstein Castle met our expectations. The Hotel Opera was a good hotel in Munich.
Mathilde was great to work with
Mathilde was great to work with! She made great suggestions catered to our needs. All of the accommodations were really nice and the traveling from country was pretty seamless. We would definitely use Mobee International again and recommend as well.

My vacation involved a combination of an initial trip to Munich followed by a tour of the Bavarian countryside and southwestern Germany that my daughter and I will never forget. O…
Working with Lucie and Mobee International resulted in a trip that was the best experience imagineable for my daughter and I. I explained what I was looking for in a vacation in Germany and what I wanted was not a simple off-the-shelf tour. My vacation involved a combination of an initial trip to Munich followed by a tour of the Bavarian countryside and southwestern Germany that my daughter and I will never forget. Our experience kicked off with a tour of Nymphenburg Palace and and the Old Central city center of Munich. This was followed the next day by a tour of the historic Dachau Concentration Camp that is not to be missed. The last day included a guided tour of Oktoberfest with a genuine tent experience including ready-made friends together with food and drink. PROST! The guides for Oktoberfest and Dachau were arranged by Mobee International with a knowledgeable family-owned tour company that was perfectly situated close to our hotel. They were wonderful. After Munich we were off on a cross country tour via rental car arranged by Lucie of various castles, palaces and historic sites across Bavaria and the foothills of the German Alps. Along the way, tours of various castles and palaces were arranged including Linderhof Palace, Neuschwanstein Castle, Lichtenstein Castle and the hilltop castle Hohenzollern were arranged. We even managed to throw in a tour of Hohenschwangau Castle that was not in our itinerary but the ample time provided in our schedule allowed. All of these planned excursions were situated close to charming towns like Fussen and Tubingen where wonderful hotels were booked by Mobee International along the way. After a full but unrushed tour shedule each day, Lucie provided recommendations for great restaurants and shopping locations near our hotel to unwind and have a relaxing tasty meal. Where possible details such as tickets were arranged by Lucie and Mobee International in advance, and where this was not possible, they provided detailed instructions on how to secure entry to everything we wanted to see. The German part of our trip ended with a drive through the Black Forest for a short stay at the spa town of BadenBaden and then down the length of the lovely hills of the Black Forest to the scenic Triberg Falls. There I couldn't resist purchasing a cuckoo clock at one of the many local shops that still make and sell these mechanical marvels. Finally, we were off by train with tickets arranged by Lucie and Mobee International to Zurich for the final leg of our journey. After a short train ride, we were off for a tour of the city followed the next day by a trip for a tour of a beautiful small vineyard and wine tasting at Rapperswil on Lake Zurich and reservations for a delicious lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake. I cannot truly say enough about how Lucie and Mobee International made this once in a lifetime trip for me and my daughter an everlasting memory that we will always cherish. I highly recommend using KimKiim to take care of the details of any dream vacation that you wish to arrange.

Caroline did an amazing job throwing this grip together last minute for me. I (in pure Steven-fashion) waited until the last minute to book for Oktoberfest. Literally - everything went off perfectly. Can't recommend Caroline enough!

Overall, we had very good guides while in Germany. Our tour guides for Dachau and Neuschwanstein Castle were both excellent, as was Marta our food guide while in Berlin. While it was awesome getting to visit Allianz Arena, listening to an English audio tour while moving around with a tour group being led in German was less enjoyable. While it was awesome getting to visit Allianz Arena, listening to an English audio tour while moving around with a tour group being led in German was less enjoyable. While the audio tour was informational, we were unable to interact with the overall tour group and tour guide, especially when she posed questions to the group. Overall, as a family, we all really enjoyed our time in Munich, and in hindsight, wish we had stayed there an additional day. All went well with the taxi service provided and the train tickets that were purchased. Getting a taxi (too few uber drivers available) from the Dresden train station was very difficult, and we ended up walking to out hotel, not a huge issue, more just a personal inconvenience as the handle on my luggage had broken. We had an issue with our Elba river cruise, resulting in us taking a much shorter cruise (1 hour) so I think we missed out on seeing and learning more about this city, making it the kids' least favorite city of our trip. The pacing of our time in Berlin was much slower than the previous two cities, which I think the kids appreciated, as it gave them more down time to recover between activities. Our first walking tour was VERY long (scheduled for 3.5 hours). Kids made it for about 2.5 and luckily our tour guide shortened it at that point. Arriving on a Sunday, I wish we had known that the art market was only open during the weekend. We passed it in the distance on the walking tour but did not have a chance then to return and actually go through it. We only went to the Berlin Story Museum while in Berlin (wish we had also done Checkpoint Charlie). The museum itself was very interesting and both kids seemed to really take in all of the information there without rushing through it. All three hotels were located in easily accessible areas (walking in Munich, taking the various subways in Berlin) and provided good breakfast options. None had particularly effective AC systems, but that was more a complaint of my American teenage son. We lucked out with weather that was usually in the mid-60's by evening, so it was never so hot that we all felt the "need" for air conditioning. Overall, both kids said their favorite days were the ones spent at Neuschwanstein Castle and in Potsdam exploring the town and the palace.

Everything worked well, except the self-tour
Everything worked well, except the “self-tour” of Rothenburg. While the app worked, it regularly did not and was very hard to use. Would not recommend it, nor permit another client to use it. The tour guide at Nuremberg was amazing. Overall a great experience.

We wanted to visit several concerts, and Lucie was willing to go the extra mile for us. Each hotel was wonderful and provided a different glimpse of Germany. However, the truly special part of our trip was the private tours we took at each stop. Each guide was wonderful. Our guide, Evan, in Hamburg was truly outstanding. He was very communicative with us and accommodated our delayed arrival due to troubles on DB. Lucie was also accommodating, as I had a strong interest in practicing German with her before the trip and during the tour. She was very patient with me. With all the hotel, attraction, and museum tickets, and even restaurant suggestions, we felt right at home navigating large cities like Berlin, Munich, and Vienna, as well as quaint towns like Wittenberg, Erfurt, and Rothenburg ob der Tauber. No matter where we were on our trip, we knew we could trust the local knowledge provided by our trip app. Our visit to Wittenberg was a highlight, especially our tour with Mathias. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastically shared each story from Martin Luther's life. As a member of the local church — the very one where Luther preached during his time there — Mathias provided us with a private tour. It was clear he loves his town and is proud of its history. We had wonderful meals, especially in Rothenburg and Salzburg. Lots and lots of great beer was consumed. One can never go wrong ordering a helles at the local beer hall. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 'Sound of Music' bike tour with guide Chloe. It gave us an up-close experience of Salzburg, revealing its beauty. After the tour, we both agreed that Salzburg is the most incredible place we've ever visited. It combines a charming small-town atmosphere with lots of activities. We did have to walk a LOT because our phones did not work outside the hotel. I had thought this would likely be the case but also thought there would be prepaid phone stores with travel phones. I thought a long time about this review. It was an absolutely awesome trip. Berlin is the city of my heart. I did not want to leave. It is clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful. We did have to walk a LOT because our phones did not work outside the hotel. I had thought this would likely be the case but also thought there would be prepaid phone stores with travel phones. We never found those. Our amazing walking tour guide, Lee Evan, told us we could get a SIM at the O2 store in the subway. The SIMs don’t work with iPhones but one of us has a Samsung android. It was only data so gave us GPS but not the ability to call a taxi or verify a phone number to use a rideshare app. If we didn’t find anyone to call a cab we just walked. We did find a pharmacy and got Neurofen (ibuprofen) and a generic for Volteran pain creme to rub on our feet. The pharmacist was very helpful. Dresden is pretty with amazing architecture. We had a Prague 1 and Prague 2. Because we had to stay an extra night we got a different hotel on a different side of Prague and it was the Prague I had imagined. To explain, and this has no impact on this review but when moving our luggage from Dresden to Prague I left a small bag on the train. It had my passport. I didn’t bring a purse or crossbody bag because I had heard thieves cut the strap and take them. (We had no encounters like that at all and lots of people carry crossbody bags there). I would suggest when moving luggage from place to place to use a crossbody bag or a waist pouch (bum bag or fanny pack depending on the country) for the passport so it isn’t part of the luggage you have to gather and always of course keep your drivers license and credit card in a small wallet in your front pocket like at home. So Prague part 1. The lift at the Prague Season hotel wasn’t working so we had to take our luggage up five levels of stairs. They said it would be repaired that evening. It was not. That day was a one day heatwave. We went out anyway. The area was dirty and had graffiti. There were penis things just out in display windows. Penis candles, giant stuffed penis, little plastic figures having sex, and every marajuana themed thing you can imagine. We walked to the astronomical clock, took some pictures there but while we were waiting at the clock I started to get sick from the heat so we headed back to the hotel. By the time I got up five floors I was throwing up. Fortunately ONE of our rooms had air conditioning so we all went in there. I forget what activity we had because we had to cancel. We all spent the night in the room with air conditioning both nights we were there. We all thought we hated Prague. The little village where the Sedlac Ossuary is located is cute. The person who really wanted to see the bone church was awestruck by it. I was enchanted by the village. It was much cooler that day and we spent a lot of time at the little cafe across from the church having lunch and drinks. None of us wanted to go back to Prague. Prague part 2. The lift at the hotel did get fixed but even though we had to stay an extra day because of the passport issues we did not want to stay there! We got an air conditioned room at a hotel called The Golden Wheel. The area around there is everything we thought Prague would be! We nearly walked our feet off trying to see it all and at night there is a horror movie themed pub and a real goth bar. There was also an amazing music festival coming up but sadly, we had to go home. 😢

The trips she planned to Mount Pilatus and Gornergrat were filled with beautiful scenery of the Alps! Our Kayak tour on Lake Brienz with Hightide Kayaks and Ben, our guide was great. It couldn’t have been more peaceful and serene and Ben got some great photos for us. Our E-bike tour through Grindelwald was filled with amazing views of waterfalls and quaint towns. Marceau, our guide was informative and provided us with hi-lites of the area, photos and a perfect picnic lunch. We did have one glitch, with The Galcier Express running almost three hours longer than scheduled. We heard rumors that there was a train issue with another Glacier Express train. By the time we got to one of the more scenic areas, it was too dark to see any sites. Checking into our hotel at around 9 pm and leaving before 9 am the next morning seemed like such a loss of time. Granted this is no fault on Mobee International’s part, it was just a matter of unforseen circumstances. We only caught a glimpse of St Moritz on the bus ride back to the train station. Emile is aware and has started a process for a refund of some sort. Overall I would highly recommend Emilie and the Mobee International team to friends that seek assistance with travel plans. This is our second trip Mobee International assisted us with travel plans.

My wife worked with Caroline for months before our planned trip to Switzerland in October. Caroline was very good about getting all the hotels, trains, drivers set up and vouchers and tickets for when we’d need them. Months before our trip she would check in with new developments or we would write her with questions and possibilities for changing the itinerary. She made every effort to make our trip unique and specific to what we were looking for. As we got closer to leaving, we got more frequent up dates and developments. She sent us PDFs of everything we needed, vouchers, tickets, etc. and an amended itinerary. Then, literally, the weekend before our trip our old Siamese cat became sick. My wife felt she could not leave our sick cat with a cat sitter. Caroline notified all the entities that would be affected and managed to recoup some of the charges that had already been set up. She let them know that I would be traveling alone and would not need two rooms, seats, tickets, etc. She also let me know that she would be available anytime (night or day) for a phone call if I need assistance. Midway through the trip I started getting confused about which trains needed tickets and which ones needed the Swiss Travel Pass. I contacted her…. And she wrote back listing everything coming up and what I could expect and what I needed each time in a check off fashion. It was very helpful to have a simple list and not be flipping through vouchers or reading the itinerary to see if I had missed something. There were many different trains and a need to switch between them at times to take a different train and/or direction. Juggling platforms and finding the right cars was challenging when not speaking German, but Caroline’s instructions made it much easier. We have nothing but good things to say about Caroline as she went way beyond the necessary to provide for excellent care for any contingencies that could come up on the trip. She also checked in regularly with my wife as to how she and our sick cat were doing. Kudos to Caroline, travel agent extrodiaire.

Switzerland has outstanding scenery, did not realize how many lakes are there. Our favorite locations were Lucerne, Lugano, Zermatt and Grindelwald. Our e-bike tour at St. Moritz was great; Alex was a wonderful guide.

Tripping through the Alps by train
This is our second Mobee International trip. We requested a train tour through the Swiss Alps, and that is exactly what we got — “in spades”! 👍👍 The itinerary was well organized, very detailed, and all vouchers were included. We also received guidance during the trip when needed. The train schedule was easy to follow, alpine sites were beautiful, accommodations were very, very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Hotel Turenne was lovely, new, fresh, great service, and very well located. Louie, our Epicurean guide was excellent, friendly, and very attentive. The amount of cycling (15 miles) was perfect for us, and itinerary was well curated. Lucerne: (not feedback for Mobee International) My nostalgic choice of a key stop. In retrospect, now knowing all of the Alps we were going to experience - would now probably skip Lucerne. Hotel Wilden Mann was a great location, and in retrospect was very well-managed for an ancient and historic building. The guide Sarjon (sp?) for our tour was knowledgable, but very soft-spoken, did not make sure that we could both hear, and did not volunteer information while walking from information point to point. He would answer question in a low conversational way with Maria, and I could not hear at all. It was a difficult, and bad experience. Locarno: The trip to Locarno was beautiful, and a lovely experience on its own. Hotel Lago Maggiore was perhaps the best hotel throughout our trip. Location was superb; room and balcony fresh, spacious and beautiful. Breakfast service was the best. Service people excellent. Rafaella, our guide was phenomenal. Could have spent the entire day with her. Great suggestions as well. Valentine's suggestions for restaurants and hikes etc. were very helpful. Zermatt: Wonderful trip through the Centovalli to Domodossola and on to Zermatt - based on Rafaella's suggestion. Hotel Julen was a cute hotel, nice view, AC, and an amazing restaurant, the Schaferstube. The staff was unfriendly, and their breakfast service staff was uneven, from OK to terrible. Valentine's suggestions for other activities were as always excellent. We enjoyed all of our time in Zermatt, and were literally sad to leave so soon. Montreux: Hotel Golf Rene Cape was a beautiful location with spectacular views, access to the promenade, and transportation. The staff was lovely, the service excellent, but the accommodations were sub-par, especially the bathroom. It was also hot due to no air conditioning. We realized that our late change from Glion to Montreux put Valentine in a difficult situation trying to find us a hotel in town - and she did well considering. E-Bike tour in the Lavaux vineyards: Our guide Yves was just terrific. He was super-knowledgeable. He rode a bit ahead of us, not realizing that when we get on bikes, we do not want an easy ride. We are seeking not only a tour, but a good work-out as well - and he never quite "read the room" on that. So, we didn't feel connected in a way that we could carry on a conversation, and ask questions while pedaling. When we stopped, he inundated us (almost overloaded) with amazing geological, agricultural, and historical information. (We would rather have too much, than not enough.) We were a bit surprised that the entire riding portion of the tour was only 56 minutes total. We expected 2-3 hours, like the Alsace tour. The vineyards and the visit to Chapuis vineyard was magical, and tasty. We realized after that we could have contracted Yves for as long as we wanted. That perhaps should be a question to be asked prior to booking. We so wanted to spend more time on bikes that the next day we traveled to Chatel St Denis to rent bikes from Alexandre at E-Bike Plaisir, (who Yves contracts with). He provided us a custom itinerary based on our request for 40+ Km, and we had a delightful afternoon that took us through farm country, Mt Pellerin, the Lavaux vineyards etc. We got our fix. Loved our time in Montreux - the people were friendly and welcoming, the Freddy Mercury Days vibe was fun. It lived up the its reputation as the Swiss Riviera. Grindelwald: The Golden Pass trip was a lovely experience. We had no idea what to expect in Grindelwald, but it was awe inspiring, in the spectacle, the infrastructure, the options, everything. Sunstar Hotel: Crazy beautiful view, modern, fresh, well-appointed. Only down-side was dealing with the multitudes of bus tours pouring in, and constant navigating through crowds. The room was warm, again no air conditioning - and buggy. We had to get bug spray to handle it. No screens as always. The bike tour out of Interlaken was an early morning - but the tour was excellent, actually amazing - and Marceau our guide was delightful and knowledgeable. Valentine's suggestion to change from Wengen to Grindelwald was a great decision. We visited Wengen, and it was a bit too sleepy for us. Her Grindelwald suggestions were perfect as always. We could have spent more time there - it was that good. Zurich: Central Plaza Hotel - again, would not hesitate to stay there if we return. The rooms, the staff and the breakfast service were excellent. Car Transfers: Probably did not need the transfers from central Plaza to the Hauptbahnhof They were unnecessary. Luggage Transfers: We hated them - then loved them. For our situation using only a carry-on suitcase and a backpack - it made it quite difficult because everything we needed for the morning rituals went in our suitcases. They were (necessarily) too early for that reason - it forced 5:30 wake-up - not ideal when on vacation. That's when we hated them. BUT, when navigating stairs at the train stations and making connections - we loved them, because even a carry-on fully-packed suitcase is heavy - and we were able to avoid any potential for a fall or injury amidst the throngs of people dragging their huge bags down and up flights of stairs. Would we do it again? Yes - just for the safety factor at our ages. We loved having lovingly pre-planned excursions (bike trips, tours) as well as days when we could choose what to do. On those days Valentine gave us detailed and amazing suggestions, most of which we happily did! Valentine was available to us day and night 7 days a week during this trip, answering questions and helping us navigate any uncertain parts. We've never had a travel company provide such on-the-ground assistance at a moment's notice. Valentine gave her heart and soul to us and shared her knowledge of this beautiful area so generously. We are already recommending her and Mobee International without reservation to our friends!

Great experience in the Swiss Alps
Caroline was highly responsive and gave us outstanding service leading up to trip and helped with a couple issues that popped up while we were traveling. Her suggestions for activities were on target for us and the logistics were spot on especially use of Swiss trains. All our accommodations met our needs except our hotel in Grindelwald. Unfortunately it was too late to make a change once we let her know. We would use her again if we come back to the region.

So easy, even with two toddlers
So easy to book, Emilie was very responsive and took into consideration the activity level of our family and the fact we were traveling with two young toddlers (2 and 3).
