It couldn’t have been more peaceful and serene and Ben got some great photos for us. Our E-bike tour through Grindelwald was filled with amazing views of waterfalls and quaint towns. Marceau, our guide was informative and provided us with hi-lites of the area, photos and a perfect picnic lunch. We did have one glitch, with The Galcier Express running almost three hours longer than scheduled. We heard rumors that there was a train issue with another Glacier Express train. By the time we got to one of the more scenic areas, it was too dark to see any sites. Checking into our hotel at around 9 pm and leaving before 9 am the next morning seemed like such a loss of time. Granted this is no fault on Mobee International’s part, it was just a matter of unforseen circumstances. We only caught a glimpse of St Moritz on the bus ride back to the train station. Emile is aware and has started a process for a refund of some sort. Overall I would highly recommend Emilie and the Mobee International team to friends that seek assistance with travel plans. On the Italian side you have private transfers: from Milan Airport to your hotel, then to Stresa on Lake Maggiore, and on day 3 on to Lugano after the morning on Lake Orta. The Borromean Islands and Lake Orta are visited by boat. From Lugano you take the train to Zurich, and a private transfer takes you to Zurich Airport on the last day. ### Is the pace relaxed? Yes, this is an easy pace for food lovers. Each day has one or two highlights, such as the Borromean Islands with a fish lunch, the morning walk from Lugano to Gandria with a grotto lunch, or four hours at the Bürgenstock Alpine Spa, with free time around them. You stay in four hotels over six nights, ending with three nights in Zurich. ### Which hotels are included? Four 4\* hotels with character: Hotel Manzoni in Milan, Regina Palace on the lakefront in Stresa, Hotel Lido Seegarten on Lake Lugano and Hotel Glockenhof in central Zurich. Breakfast is included every day. If you prefer to finish in a smaller city, we can replace the Zurich nights with Lucerne. ### Do we choose between Bern and Appenzell on day 5? Yes, depending on availability. Appenzell follows the milk trail from the meadows to the Appenzeller cheese dairy and a boutique chocolate shop, with the cable car to Hoher Kasten for the views. The Bern option crosses the Entlebuch and Emmental valleys, with Kambly biscuits and Emmentaler cheese, before the Swiss capital. Both are day trips from Zurich. ### When is the best time to go?
